Physicians may page our neurosurgeon directly, or through the hospital operator.

Our surgeon accepts outpatient neurosurgery referrals from licensed physicians for non-emergent cranial or spinal conditions.

Cerbo Clinic is in-network with most major insurance carriers. Appointments are available either in San Jose (Cerbo Clinic South Bay) or Redwood City – Atherton (Cerbo Clinic Peninsula).

• Pre-Authorization
• ICD-10 codes supporting need for Neurosurgery
• Imaging reports (MRI, CT, Angiography) demonstrating a structural brain or spine lesion
